Alison took care of my reactive dog, Roscoe, for a week. We had met through Joan Marie of Darn Good Dogs. It was an absolutely wonderful experience.  Because Roscoe is a rescue dog who is very protective of his home, Alison and Joan Marie planned out sessions where Roscoe could slowly become accustomed to having a new friend and having someone other than 3 family members and Joan Marie enter my apartment.

Alison  is very knowledgeable and experienced with handling large dogs and put Roscoe at ease. She stayed in my apartment which was such a great option for Roscoe since he does not go to any other homes. I am very grateful for having met Alison and now have the freedom to travel, as Roscoe could not manage a kennel or pet resort setting. When we returned from our trip, I think Roscoe was excited to have another friend to hang around with and pamper him!! He was so sad when he figured out Alison was going home. I recommend Alison as a very professional dog caregiver.
